The Cable Guy Wellington is owned and operated by Darryl and Rochelle Adgo and covers the areas of; Otaki, Waikanae, Paraparaumu, Plimmerton through to Wellington City ending North at Petone.

Darryl started his involvement in The Cable Guy in 2005 as the Franchise Manager for the group. After a while in this position, Darryl decided to pursue his passion for the industry by owning his own franchise area with his wife Rochelle. Darryl and Rochelle’s combined skills makes for a successful partnership. Rochelle manages the office and administration side of the business while Darryl manages his team who look after the Technical and sales area of the company. 

The Cable Guy Wellington’s business has grown to a team of three who all have extensive experience in the audio visual and related industries. Prior to owning The Cable Guy, Darryl had over 25 years experience in the engineering industry and Rochelle 12 years in office management.  Chris Bryant joined The Cable Guy as a technician bringing with him 15 years experience as a qualified electrician.

With years of experience, The Cable Guy Wellington has provided technology solutions for a range of customers both residential and commercial. Darryl and his team are able to provide solutions in the areas of home entertainment, lighting control, home automation, blind and curtain control, alarm systems, surveillance and access control solutions, and communications including TV aerial cabling, networks, phone and intercom systems.

As well as focusing on home technology, The Cable Guy Wellington has customers in the corporate, educational and government markets, providing solutions to schools, auditoriums, corporate boardrooms and function rooms.
